Extremely poor attitude and health risk provided by server: Saturday March 30 @13:45 My wife and I ordered burgers and drinks. The counter server pulled the cups from the dispenser and then proceeded to place her index finger completely in my cup and gripped the edge with her thumb, immediately I requested a new cup and advised her the finger should not be inside the cup, almost begrudgingly she gave me a new cup, however the first cup she proceeded to place back in the cup dispenser??? Again I advised her on behalf of her next victim that cup should be discarded. I have also advised A&W under separate cover of this employees ignorance and general il demeanour exhibited while we were present in this restaurant. The atmosphere score was further reduced account of the same employee leaning her backside against the counter while enjoying her ice coffee!

Today November 14, 2023, 1:45 p.m., approximately.Two Teen Burgers as a trio for $31.Very disappointed, the presentation was rubbish, bad taste, brown lettuce, meat of really questionable provenance, cold and dry fries.A return, impossible for us.Still no news from this A&W, regarding the lack of quality of the A&W Hawkesbury.Our comment seems to make no difference to this owner.

I don't care if you like your steaks rare and your burgers juicy, try the Vegan Beyond Meat and/or Sausage Sandwich burger because it's delicious. If it helps, I won't tell anyone you ate a vegan burger if you're worried about your meat-eating friends knowing. ?

Fast service, naturally it's a fast food restaurant, so it was good fresh, didn't have time to feel the atmosphere since I was at the fast service, very kind and efficient
