The Giant Pig Smokehouse in Hawkesbury is a local restaurant serving delicious and best BBQ. The food is absolutely delicious, outstanding, and tender and flavorful. Meats include brisket, which is melt in your mouth tender with a beautiful smoke ring and deep rich flavor, along with pulled pork, ribs, and chicken that are perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent. Plates like the Champion 2 platter are generous. Sides are to die for, including homemade fries, outstanding beans, and fresh vegetables. The homemade sauces are hands down some of the best, being deep and balanced. For dessert, the pouding chômeur is phenomenal. The value for the price is amazing, with reasonable prices and generous portions. The atmosphere is awesome and amazing, with unique details like wood plates. Service is fast and friendly. It is a must-visit for real BBQ done right and highly recommended.
