This was a delivery. The chicken was not the usual quality - it was stiff and just on the edge of being under cooked - I stopped eating it because it would have made me sick. It was as if this meal was cooked in a rush, stressed, bad energy tied to it (the human who handled it). That's why I don't eat out often.
The meal which cost over 25.00 was given to the dog. Very disappointing. Waste of money.

The food was really good. The chicken was insanely soft and juicy. We loved the Piri Piri sauce, and they were so generous with it :) The ambiance was nice and simple. It’s a good place to have a quick meal. The restroom was clean too! :)

Service was so bad and store was so nasty Cashier Melyann started to scream at me because I ask her to order more stuff because I forgot to order something and she said 1 order per person didn’t want to served me she was giving me attitude and starting to take picture of me I don’t even know why she was on her phone while working but after said she’s gonna call the cops I just wanted to order a gravy she call her mom after that her mom came she was screaming at me because her daughter said I was body shaming and I was being mean to her, It was not even true really bad experience my order was cold pretty sure she spit in it I’m never gonna go back there really disappointed service was so amazing before they hired children’s I ask to talk with her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and after told me to leave after I ask her can I get a refund for my order didn’t give me a refund and told me to leave or she will need to call the cops so I left but if I could I wouldn’t give a single star for the poor service I had and needed to wait a good 15 min for my order…

The wait was long. They got our order wrong. They overcharged us. The only remedy offered was (SORRY). Contacted there customer service, and got nowhere with them, was to receive a call back from the restaurant manager - never got one. My wife had even added a tip when she placed our order. We’re not eating there again.

First ever dining experience at a St-Hubert Express location and I am absolutely disgusted. I’ve never seen such a poor standard for food service delivery. The individuals working to prepare the meals for customers were not wearing any gloves and were handling the food with their bare hands. Beyond unhygienic and absolutely disgusting!!! 🤮
