Confident to say it is the worst Thai express I have ever been to.My wife and I ordered 2 classics: Pad Thai and Pad See EW. We ate a few mouthfuls each, and couldn’t continue eating, this was a torture.The food had to go to the garbage bin, it was that disgusting.Disappointed.

Ordered Tom yum and it is not only aesthetic but flavorful..yum!!Also ordered the basil friend rice. It was spicy just as I asked and yummy.I believe they’re under new ownership so let’s help this new restaurant get the higher stars they deserve⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
People of Hawksbury, you are lucky to have the best Thai Express in the country right at your doorstep. I'm not sure when the management changed, but the current cooks and cashiers are amazing.My favorite dishes that they consistently get right: Tom Yom Koong with shrimp, pad seew with shrimp.Good size shrimps.

We orderd the food to be spicy but the food was no spice we asked him to replace the food or do some changes but they refused. Then we asked to have conversations with a manager but the employee name QUAN again refused that they don't have a manager at store and they cannot help with anything. Then we took our food to on the food counter to atleast have some spicy in it, QUAN tooknthe food and put it in the garbage and said they cannot even change it.

Stopped here while in the area, great food, great service and very clean restaurant. You can tell by the upkeep that the owners take good care of the business and customers. Would definitely recommend them if you're in the area.
I found a pubic hair in my food and promptly showed it to the cook, he replied with "what do you want me to do about it." I had asked him to remake the dish and he told me "you already ate some of it" I am disgusted with this poor customer service and people skills. They should be ashamed of themselves!! Stay the fuck away from this monstrosity of what they call a fast food restaurant!!

My pad thai was absolutely awful. Super dry, no sauce at all. Tasted very bland, wasn't good at all. I was very disappointed as my plate was $17.

I ordered a meal online for delivery and received a phone call to say they could not make my salad they did not have lettuce! I cancelled the order and asked for a refund which I never received. They kept my 22.63$ despite my asking again by telephone to the restaurant, Hawkesbury Thai Express and they told me to get in touch with the online system but could not give me a phone number or any name to contact. Ripped off plain and simple.
