Only ever done drive thru. The people on the speaker and at the window are so rude. I've had an older woman accuse me of stealing and scream at me before. Today I had a younger guy mouth off to me with a lot of attitude. They also don't make drinks well.

I already made an official complaint with the high office. This is enough, I will not stop until something is done about this. The old lady working today (shift of 3 pm) is the rudest person I’ve met. She sent us kisses making fun of us, and told my husband he has to practice his French. I am sorry but I think that is somehow racist. Those are not the only bad experiences we’ve had with her. And to be honest the rest of the crew is great, is only her we have a problem with. We try to be as understanding as possible, that’s why we did not took action before but it is enough.

Wonderful staff & perfect to host events like the Regional Assemby(s) (JW..ORG )... one of many hundreds across North America & 240 countries worldwide ty kindly ? Had the privilege to attend one yesterday with an attendance of @9,000 +
