I pre ordered coffee and muffins for a work meeting. I've done this twice, giving over thirty minutes notice. First time nothing was ready, the staff behind the counter was rude when I arrived. Today I did the same, the guy behind the counter was short told me that's your order take it. I grabbed and ran. Got to the meeting and the muffins were donuts. It wouldn't be that bad but I'm out 5$ difference for their error. Tim Hortons won't do anything I have to go back. When you order in advance to grab and run it's not because you have time to go back after getting to your destination. My order wasn't a big order, there was no reason for the error. In short the staff here are far from the level they should be.

We ordered their meal special (sandwich, drink, side) valid from 5-11pm at 10:10PM only to be told by Deepak that they decided to clean their oven early and therefore could not serve us the food we ordered and on top of it, tells us he can't give us a refund!? What is this??? No food AND no refund? He then tells us we have to drive back in the morning to speak to the manager.
You just steal from people willingly because you want to do your closing tasks early so you can leave at 11pm sharp. Truly disgusting service with no care in the world.

Pros: - Fast drive thru and service - One friendly consecutive woman who's already very lovely Cons: - unfriendly drive thru staff, one in particular who always looks miserable, never friendly or anything. - eggs are almost ALWAYS unavailable. How can you run out of eggs when they're used for almost everything? - very inexperienced workers who dont even know their own menu

I visited this Tim Hortons on a road trip with a friend and purchased two iced coffees. Firstly, the cashier had a hard time understanding that we both wanted an iced coffee with only cream in it, we both had to correct him four times, which was a little frustrating, but the thing that bothered me the most was the amount of coffee grains on the bottom of our cups that we noticed only when we left the store. There was an unnecessarily long wait time for our small order, considering it was not busy. The coffee also just tasted off, there was way too much cream… disappointed with my coffee on my road trip.

Used the washroom facilities and they were clean. Went and stood in line. Placed my order and had to repeat myself 3 times in order for the cashier to get it correct. It was just two coffees and a bagel. The bagel was made quickly but the coffees took a long time for some reason considering I was the only customer in line. Left back on our road trip and discovered both iced coffees had coffee grinds in the bottom and way too much cream. Definitely disappointed!

There’s a old lady that works there always rude and we went in the drive wanted to add something in the order was no one in the back and she refuse to give it to me after she start screaming go back in the line just for a water bottle really mean staff and everytime I go there something missing or the old lady start screaming if you don’t want to work there dont work there really bad service
