I've been in Hearst off and on for work, the staff were quite helpful the hot and cold dishes they have to offer for takeout were excellent it's probably my most visited eatery in Hearst (other than McDonald's for coffee lol)
We had the lobster roll sandwich combo, as well as the Frisco fries. Both were excellent. But the Frisco fries were worth the walk, fresh dill, garlic aioli, a health serving of snowcrab, all burying a generous portion of excellent fries. Everything is nice. Will definitely be returning!

It’s a take out food place food is amazing the poutine is a must. They make a great stew as well I’ll be returning to try the restKid-friendliness: Staff is awesome the owner him self runs the place so if there’s an issue you can always complain directly to the owner. Never had an issue.
