Traveling thru and ordered a pizza. Excellent pizza. Was the best I had in a very long time. They even allowed me to pick it up 10 minutes after closing. Excellent service as well!

Came in from a long drive and had a fantastic meal. They even gave us a complimentary slice of carrot cake. The combination souvlaki was amazing. HUGE portions. Delicious!!!

I was recently in Hearst with the Beavertail trailer and was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming we received from the staff at John's. The food is beyond compare, the pizza is second to none and don't ever leave that place without having the souvlaki. Did I mention the homemade burger buns? Absolutely fantastic food! We truly felt at home. The staff treated us all and everyone who goes there better than family. I can't say enough about how great this place is. Thank you so much for an amazing dining experience.

Exactly what I was looking for! Honestly one of my favorite dining experiences to date. The food was amazing, the portions were huge! You can totally tell the time and care that was taken for each dish. I'm a bit of a pizza snob so the pizza wasn't the best I've ever had but it's still really good you should definitely try it, like I said I'm a pizza snob and it's just my opinion, very, very generous toppings on the pizza, definitely worth trying. Everything is made in house, including the carrot cake which if you like carrot cake it is a must try! It was just the owners working when we were there and they were incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure meeting them! I'm already planning to go back to try their infamous chicken sandwich, (and have another piece of carrot cake! ?) can't wait!? I highly recommend you stop in if you're in the area!

Fish and chips...Server gave my order to someone else adding time than I got the "food"Chips were fried few times, saggy inside burnt on the outside.Fish had so much batter that it's better to order a banquets...Couldn't finnish it.Got the carrot cake as an apology.
