Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unhygienic Food
I recently visited the Subway at Hearst and I am extremely disappointed. The service was shockingly bad. The staff seemed disinterested and rude, barely paying attention while taking my order. They rushed through everything, made no effort to be polite, and it felt like they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
To make things worse, the food was far from fresh. The vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for ages, and the bread was stale. What really concerned me was the lack of hygiene — the counter was messy, and I saw a staff member handling food without gloves or washing their hands. It was honestly disgusting.
I expect much better from a brand like Subway. I won't be returning to this location, and I would advise others to avoid it unless they improve their staff training and food hygiene standards.

Seems most times we visit, the staff are irritated with most customers. And the perceived manager/owner doesn't have a smile on his face ever. The quality of the food we get there makes us question if we will be sick after. Sad when the subway is supposed to be quality food.

I just came out of Subway at Hearst,ON location. The lady staff member disappointed me with customer service, was rude, put just 5 green pepper thin slices by count in a footlong , just 3 slices of tomato in the whole footlong, same with cucumber, she put everything by half the amount, and even upon asking the reply wasn't polite enough. While eating it now, it feels like I'm eating just the bread
I just visited this subway. The atmosphere is very good. And employees are also properly trained and very friendly. So please visit this subway.

Went to get a sub at 6pm , they only had multi grain bread, went later that week again at 7 pm and they had no bread left so they told me i could have a pita, wich is ridiculus, and when i get to have the bread i want, they always cheap out on veggies and sauce, i need to ask 3 time to have more olives, oignion and habanero pepers.
