DO NOT COMRCOMRE HERE. THEY RUDE AND THIEVES. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. I came here around 8:30pm after a 22hr trip. They appeared to closing but store hrs said they close at 9pm. They were rude and impatient. They charged me extra on everything including all the veggies. Got a cheese steak 12 inch and extra meat... because they failed to properly give a full scoop the 1st time around. Anyway I paid close to $30.00 ... I feel I was robbed. I will not let this matter stay here. To contact management will not make a difference as management was there. I will look to go higher.

Poor service poor food quantity, Hardly found chicken meat and rice teriyaki bowl, and peri peri chicken. As per the ad its 27 grams of protein😂😂😂 and enough lettuce .....in the bowl,never been to a subway like this

Ordered a 6 inch sub which is around only 4 inchs even the patty seems extended size and the artist break and bend back the patty to fix it . As its a veggie order he use the same gloves for meat and veggie order. All the seating chairs and flipped on the table And add on to this there is NO napkins

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unhygienic Food
I recently visited the Subway at Hearst and I am extremely disappointed. The service was shockingly bad. The staff seemed disinterested and rude, barely paying attention while taking my order. They rushed through everything, made no effort to be polite, and it felt like they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
To make things worse, the food was far from fresh. The vegetables looked like they had been sitting out for ages, and the bread was stale. What really concerned me was the lack of hygiene — the counter was messy, and I saw a staff member handling food without gloves or washing their hands. It was honestly disgusting.
I expect much better from a brand like Subway. I won't be returning to this location, and I would advise others to avoid it unless they improve their staff training and food hygiene standards.

Seems most times we visit, the staff are irritated with most customers. And the perceived manager/owner doesn't have a smile on his face ever. The quality of the food we get there makes us question if we will be sick after. Sad when the subway is supposed to be quality food.

I just came out of Subway at Hearst,ON location. The lady staff member disappointed me with customer service, was rude, put just 5 green pepper thin slices by count in a footlong , just 3 slices of tomato in the whole footlong, same with cucumber, she put everything by half the amount, and even upon asking the reply wasn't polite enough. While eating it now, it feels like I'm eating just the bread
