Many times I have got ill after drinking coffee here. My debit card was defrauded as it appears there’s a card scanner at this location. The workers are all new Canadians or students from another country and need to be educated in customer service. No thank you’s or anything. Go to McDonald’s.

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, helping me choose the perfect drink and snack. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made my experience delightful. It’s clear she goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied.

Here often for work. Ahmil is great, remembers my orders, makes sure I don’t forget my receipts etc.

Placed a mobile order. Food was delicious. But when I was handing out our breakfast farmers wrap to my children, I was disappointed because I had to open the wrap in order to see which kind of wrap it was because I couldn't see what kind of wrap it was because there wasn't nothing written on the paper indicating which wrap was which.
It would of been better if they used wraps that had the name of the wrap indicating the wrap. But instead I had to open every wrap and that isn't what the other person wanted by someone else touching their food. Also, my order was missing a couple of things like another Donut and another wrap.

Kinda not liked their service this time.

Out of the 7 employees only 1 would speak in English to me, rest all either ignored me or would ONLY use French. The only one to speak English is the only male working there, took 17min from time of walking in to get 2 coffees 3 wraps ordered & received. 15 of those minutes waiting was to get the wraps as they filled 9 orders an just made me stand there waiting. Absolutely hands down worst Tim Hortons service in all of Canada except for that 1 male employee who apologized many times for the wait.
