The Black Lady which prepare food in the early morning shift is very rude I said Hii nd Good morning to her nd she turns her back to me so please teach her how to deal with customers

Took 25 mins for farmers wrap.
I think something is off with the coffee here. It tastes like water all of the time. I've bared in mind that it could just be me, however I went to several different Tim Hortons outside of Hearst and the flavor is undeniably stronger. I'm not sure if they need a cleaning, descaling of their machines or what. I only go because the staff are so kind.

I order a plain bagel extra toastedan I got not even slightly toasted bagel and wasn't cut in half and it took 5 minutes the last thing I wanted to do is blame an employee but it's getting hard not to do that

Worst service ever! Wrong order, very slow... it seems that they don't know what they are doing. Need to have my order refunded since I was waiting for the new order in a long time, my baby in the car was crying already. Had my new order refunded, a total of 3 chicken wraps and then they just refunded 1. Oh my goodness! Do something, training and good manager should be put in placed. Or else just close the store.

Took 23 minutes for mobile order, whats the purpose of mobile order if you are going to take that long. I could smell the grease standing in line thats how dirty it was. Rather go to other coffee shop nearby
