“Pineridge catered my great nephew and new great niece’s wedding on Thanksgiving Saturday. The staff were absolutely wonderful even helping with our desert and coffee/tea bars which I was racing around at the last minute trying to finish up. The food, the food, oh my goodness! The appetizers were fantastic, I didn’t get to try the Sausage Rolls but they are a family favourite and everyone said you hit that out of the park. Dinner was just the best meal of any other catered I’ve had . They chose both Barbecue Chicken as well as the Roast Beef and everything was excellent. We had a couple of guests who had dietary restrictions and they said that they had not tasted such a delicious salmon meal even comparing the taste to high end restaurants. Pineridge packed up the (small amount) of leftovers and the newly weds were grateful for as she said she had ‘real food’ to take home with them. Thank you once again for everything, you and your staff made it a memorable experience.“
