What a hidden gem spot! Presentation of the dishes we got was 10/10, taste was great, loved the purple rice, loved tempura rolls, sashimi was also very nice, you can tell that the chef put in extra work on sashimis for them to stand out of usual sashimis. Definitely bringing friends and family again.

Had a very nice dinner there for Valentine’s. The food tastes great, the atmosphere is pleasant. The place in not very big, and it may take some time to prepare your order, so make sure you are not in a rush when heading for a delicious meal.

Have only ordered take out from here, but the owners are always kind and friendly. They take a lot of pride in their food prep - I have a shellfish allergy, and they made sure to pack anything with crab separately from the other stuff. Am looking forward to coming back soon!

Decided to try this restaurant after seeing all the high reviews but after trying their menu, I honestly think this place is overrated. Definitely not 4.9 star worthy. Their rolls were simple at best, with no unique taste to them. There are much better options in gta or toronto but I guess being located up north is what keeps them in business.

An absolutely delightful experience at Shiawase Sushi. The food was fresh, delicious and visibly beautiful. The owner was lovely and very friendly. Prices were fair. Would definitely recommend this adorable little spot to anyone looking for an authentic sushi experience.
This is my favourite sushi place in the area! My fav orders are the crab tempura rolls, dynamite rolls, and rainbow dragon rolls, plus some gyoza and spring rolls. The food is amazing, with unique purple rice, fresh ingredients, and everything immaculately assembled. The owners are always very friendly, and offer free miso soup with orders. The interior is cozy and pleasant to eat in, though I often get takeout too. It also feels nice supporting a local mom and pop shop. I intend to come here for as long as I’m in the area!
