“New owners have really turned this place around in a good way. Pizza quality has improved a lot since change of ownership. Previous owner used to be very cheap on the toppings, cheese and sauce since they lost some of their business to the new location that opened up in the ultramar gas station. That is no fault of the guests that are paying customers that should get what they pay for. New owner has great customer service and really provides a good pizza every time. Used to avoid going here when it was under the previous management, but I’ve had no issues since change of ownership.”

“The most delicious rice balls, I have ever eaten and I am a foodie and Japanese Canadian. The rice was cooked perfectly and the filling was delicious and plentiful. A delicious lunch. I think I will pick up a few more for my trip today. The owner was super nice and encouraged me to stay and work on my laptop for a few hours.”

“We recently used barBurrito for a company event, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire setup was incredibly well organized—everything came neatly arranged in platters, making it easy for us to serve right away.

We opted for the make-your-own burrito bowls, and the quality was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and provided in generous quantities—more than enough for everyone to enjoy.

What really stood out was the level of care and detail. They provided everything we needed, including serving spoons, crockery, cutlery, and even warmers to keep the food at the right temperature. They truly went above and beyond, taking the time to plan the menu with us and ensure everything ran smoothly.

Everyone at the event loved the food, and we’ll definitely be using barBurrito again for future catering.

Here's what my friend and I had today!! ( gluten free, vegetarian options) Owners Alanna and Tyler are very caring people and go above and beyond. Food allergies and special diets they always make everything safe for me. The food is amazing and the staff are fabulous.”

“We ordered the Chicken parmesan and Caprese sandwiches plus Mike's Hot & Honey Pizza. The sandwiches were big enough to share. The sandwich ingredients were so fresh and the bread was delicious! The pizza was hot, fresh and the combo of toppings was super tasty!! Highly recommend.”

“I wish I had better pictures! The cakes were delicious. I went in with a ridiculous looking reference picture for a watermelon cake and it ended up looking like these! I had orderd 2 different (but similar looking) cakes, one for my daughter's daycare and one for a small gathering at home. The one for the daycare was vanilla flavoured and easily fed 20-22 kids and teachers and MOSt importantly, nut-free.

The smaller one was their famous tuxedo cake, extremely moist and was good enough for 12-14 adults.

“Loved the Christmas decorations! Food and service good. Was there for lunch but the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. Don’t mind music while eating but the volume was quite annoying. People across from us commented they did not enjoy the music or its volume. We were going to come to Jack’s with another couple for dinner but have changed our plans due to the noise level.”
