My sister asked for ketchup packets and the cashier told her to “go get it from New York fries” because she had New York Fries fountain drinks and proceeded to say “it’s 25 cents for ketchup packets” and then told my sister they now “don’t have ketchup packets” when she asked again, I then went back after to confirm this polo cut and she again told me to “go get ketchup from New York fries”, ridiculous service, would give this a 0 star rating if I could.

Almost swallow a piece of metal scrubber i guess they used to clean the pot. It cut my appetite. Told the woman at the counter and she offer me a new meal. No thank you, was to afraid. I was lucky nothing bad happen. They need to use newer scrub pad, this can be dangerous.

I’m not sure why the ratings are low—I had a great experience here. The noodles were flavorful, and the rice was also quite good. I ordered four different side dishes, and all of them were delicious, well-seasoned, and nicely portioned. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The overall quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely come back again. Sometimes ratings don’t reflect the true experience, and in this case, I think the place deserves more credit.

On June 7th, I visited the establishment and regrettably experienced severe abdominal discomfort shortly after. Since then, I have been unable to leave my residence. I am uncertain as to the cause of this discomfort, as I did not consume any food before or after the meal. I intend to contact the establishment to request repairs for the damage. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend work today. Additionally, I will send my son to purchase medication. Fortunately, I requested my bill, which provides evidence of my presence at the establishment.
