I visit this Tim Hortons almost every weekend, and every time I’ve noticed the same disappointing behavior from the manager, Raj. She is extremely rude with customers at both the drive-thru and the store front — raising her voice and speaking disrespectfully. Tim Hortons should really address this issue. It feels very disrespectful and unwelcoming.

What I love about this coffee shop is it is unbelievable. They are friendly and polite and their coffee is simply fantastic, to top it off the atmosphere of the entire place is rather warm and inviting also the staffs are really friendly. It is very cozy for hanging and for working. It is for sure a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it.
