I was really disappointed with my experience this morning. The staff at the drive-thru did not seem to know how to communicate properly with customers, and there was confusion while taking the order. It also felt like they were not well trained in preparing the food and drinks. Unfortunately, the coffee we received was not good at all. I usually expect better service and quality, especially in the morning. I hope the management looks into staff training and improves the overall experience.

Good experience overall at this Tim Hortons. Good coffee, fresh food and friendly service. Always the order is correct. I always visit this location. Best recommendation to find a outstanding morning coffee.

This Tim Hortons is well run. Orders are done right, the place is clean, and even during busy times the wait isn’t too long. Always a pleasant stop.
Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Deepika —always polite, hardworking, and quick with service. The place is clean, and orders are handled efficiently.

No hot drinks when we went and no bathrooms

The two girls working New Year’s Eve around 7:12 p.m. were incredibly rude. They advised us that they can’t serve us out hot drinks because they don’t have hot water at this time and only offered a cold drink replacement after I had to fight for it. The replacement cost the same as the hot drink. To top it off, they didn’t even inform us about the availability of certain donuts I had ordered until I went to the window. Their excuse was that they close at 8 p.m., but if they close at 8, their online order system should reflect what’s available in-store. It’s pathetic that they’re more concerned with getting home than serving their customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location. I wasted my time and energy here, and they didn’t even have hot water to make drinks.

As usual I ordered hot coffee instead that the old lady who was working around 1.30am there provided cold coffee I haven’t got time to sip my drink because I had to go back on work. We hardly got time to have something to drink and eat however after this kind of service we are totally disappointed. I believe management should have look on their customer service and quality than quantity matters. DW if people have to wait for fresh stuff atleast serve fresh food and drinks!

This store is a reliable go-to for both great food and friendly service. The food was fresh, well-prepared. my order was accurate and came out quickly, even during a busy time. The staff were polite, which makes a big difference during a quick stop. Overall, a solid experience, I’ll definitely be back

I found a big black hair on my breakfast wrap. Disgusting. Tried to put a complaint in through the online service and after I described the incident, I never heard back

Very bad experience. The girl at the counter had a terrible arritude. She gave me a cold bagel with very little herb and garlic on it. The tea was cold as well as the coffee. When I asked her to warm it and put the right amount of milk and sugar she warmed it and have it back with adding anything. I had to go back again to get the milk and sugar and again she showed her attitude.
Never going back to this place again.
The owners need to improve their staff training and ask them to clearly understand what customers order and how to process it , without getting mad about it.

I am xtremely disappointed with the service at this location. I placed a delivery order at 10:30 PM, and even though I live only 7 minutes away, it took almost two hours for my order to arrive. This is completely unacceptable.
I tried calling the store six times to check the status, and when someone finally picked up (11:50 PM) the staff member was rude and dismissive. She told me that my driver was “blocking the drive-thru,” which is not only unprofessional but also irrelevant to the fact that the order was severely delayed with no communication from the store.
If an item is unavailable or there is any issue, the store should notify the customer, cancel the order, or at least mark the item as out of stock. Instead, I was left waiting with no updates and zero courtesy from the staff.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time.
