I just wanted to take a moment to shout out one of the best employees I’ve encountered at any Tim Hortons — Sharon.
Every time I come in, whether it’s early morning or during a busy lunch rush, Sharon is calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She always greets customers with a genuine smile and somehow manages to remember regular orders, even when the line is out the door.
What really stands out is her attention to detail and how she keeps things moving without making anyone feel rushed. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and that kind of attitude makes a huge difference in a place that sees so many people every day.
Tim Hortons is lucky to have her — and so are the customers. Thank you, Sharon, for making each visit a little bit better!

This was the most efficient and professional drive-thru experience of my life. I am not one to write reviews for fast food normally, but this experience left me impressed. The speed at which our order was ready and the professionalism of the woman at the window both spoke to an extremely efficient workplace.

It was a terrible experience. There was only one employee working, and she had to handle both the drive-thru and in-person customers. As a result, I had to wait for several minutes just to place my order. This is not the employee’s fault, though.

This place is absolutely horrid, I genuinely don’t know why I’m still coming back here. I live about 3 minutes away from this Tim hortons so I always come here considering it’s the closest one to me to save gas. Every time I order they ALWAYS mess up the order or it’s somehow not ready. I had waited 10 minutes at the drive in while I watched them serve everybody else on the other side not giving 2 shits about the other customers patiently waiting on the other side. The food is not great, the bagels are always dry even when fresh out because of the lack of butter they use. They frequently get burned and they can never get their drinks right. The customer service is extremely poor to another level, the staff can be incredibly disrespectful. Half of them can’t accept the fact they had made a mistake and argue with the customer 24/7. All this I have experienced going to this terrible branch. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, the Tim hortons near osmows and shawarma alley has much better food and much greater service. Every star higher than 2 on here has 100% got to be friends or families because there is absolutely no way. I would give negative ratings if possible, hire new staff please before your store gets shut down because let’s face it that’s eventually gonna happen.
Extremely long waits, please don't come here if in hurry. Better off driving 15 minutes elsewhere.
