We visited the restaurant on a busy weekend attracted by the gorgeous view they provide and the review comments and was looking forward to a pleasant meal . Unfortunately, we did not end up eating there as my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the staff.
When I approached the counter, the employee seemed uninterested and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. Despite my attempts to ask questions about the sitting arrangement with a small kid , I was met with curt responses and a lack of basic courtesy. The receptionist were extremely unwelcoming and not answering our questions as if they are doing a favour.
Customer service is crucial in the hospitality industry, and it’s disappointing to see such a lack of it here. I hope the management addresses this issue, as at least myself and my friends are never going back there as no one likes to be disrespected ,nobody is doing anyone a favour here , customers pay the bill for the food ! Please train your staff to be polite and welcoming .We wasted 30 mins just standing !

✅ Nestled near the shimmering lake, it was an enchanting spot that truly captivated us. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, filled with the soothing sounds of nature and a sense of tranquility. The staff provided attentive service, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. However, we had hoped for a food quality that matched the delightful ambiance. While the flavors were decent, they left us wishing for something more exceptional. We believe there’s plenty of room for improvement, and with the promise of a more refined dining experience, we’re eager to return next year to enjoy everything this wonderful place has to offer.

The view is great, but my partner had ordered a burger with cheese and bacon. He didn't get that. He got a burger with only lettuce and tomato. His fries were looking and tasted burnt. I received boneless chicken, but they're looked to be rice. Why would there be rice when it was a dish with no rice? The staff also appeared to be distracted and seemed not overly happy about being at their jobs.
Not recommend with toddlers. Below deck food and service... not very welcoming and the food is not worth the price.

Terrible service! I would give this place a 0 if I could. They didn’t even bother taking our name down for the table. Other people who walked in later and who happened to not be minorities were immediately asked to put their name on the list. They were blatantly discriminatory. Would not recommend for POC.
