Seng's Authentic Thai Cuisine Inc. is a small Thai place in Huntsville. The food is delicious and authentic, with large portions that are probably enough for two people. The veggie and chicken Pad See Eew is a good choice, and the spring rolls are 9/10 with sauce 10/10. The panang curry is perfect in every regard. The service is attentive, and the staff is outgoing, friendly, and amazing. The presentation is always great. The price is reasonable, with lots of different options. The ambiance is a bit beaten up, but once inside it is nice. This is some of the best Thai food in Canada and the best restaurant in Huntsville. However, the restaurant is now owned by another operator, and the last visit in summer 2025 was disappointing with service and food.
