Clean store. Order made properly. Gluten free pizza is likely the best in the pizza chain restaurant realm. Came in its own tray to avoid contamination when being cooked and cut. I even got a call to let me know the sausage was not gluten free, impressive.

Went there today at 11 a.m. it wasn’t super busy but it got crazy busy in a couple of minutes. We were served by simran who is very professional. She was working alone with no other staff but still managed to give great service. Kudos to her!!

Extremely bad experience, you will not get what you are paying for I order pizza the girl who was taking the order doesn’t look happy when she was taking the order. Even though it’s a franchisee they still try to low ball & give the customer the cheapest quality they can to save. Never gonna come back again.

I’m afraid to go after reading all the reviews. Correction. Reading all the apologies from the owner, but still no change to service or quality. Owner sounds like a broken record.
It's been a long time since we ordered pizza from them due to poor quality. We thought we'd give them another chance. Sadly, nothing has changed. Pizza dough was under cooked and there was minimal toppings on our supreme pizza. Certainly not the quality we're used to from Pizza Hut in other cities. Update: We won't be back!

I highly recommend Huntsville Pizza Hut. It is my favorite pizza shop in Huntsville. The best deals are online. The staff are top-notch. They are friendly and professional and work very hard. It has a super convenient location with lots of parking.

Over cooked/ over done pizza. Even the melt was overcooked. You guys need to lower the heat of your oven or take it out of the oven early. Ordered 3 pizzas and a melt. Bad experience.
