I typically use the drive thru at this location. Staff is always polite and friendly. Food is hot and made to order. We like the chicken sandwiches and occasionally have to wait in front of the restaurant in my vehicle while they prepare my order. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait, but I appreciate not being served old food that has been sitting around. I miss Popeyes' red beans and rice.
Classic chicken burger was perfect, poutine was good, pickles were disgusting I don’t recommend those. The cauliflower was good I’d get that again and the fries are always good. Ordered online in advance to avoid the wait because the wait at this location is always a long one. My order was ready when it said it would be.
The most frustrating part is our family purchased $200 popeyes gift cards just before this location opened almost 2 years ago now as gifts and they have yet to update the scan terminal to accept the gift cards and all we get is lip service about the owners are working on it.
