We just stopped for a treat before hitting the highway. The guy on drive thru was cheery and helpful even though we were extremely close to closing time. He went above and beyond and our drink was excellent. Thanks for the great service!

The management of this location is very unprofessional and does not care for their customer service. Especially a manager by the name of Lucas. I had an issue with an order a few weeks ago and he was extremely rude and arrogant. Corporate really needs to dig into this location and the staff.

The person who prepared my three teas sent me to buy my teas in Tim Hortons! Hey, Starbucks! Please check your workers! They seem to lack proper training.I ordered three citrus teas, all identical—same type, same size, same taste. However, I only received one. Surprisingly, after preparing the first one for me, the worker fulfilled three more orders for customers who came in and paid after me. It was only after I complained that he decided to make my two additional teas.As a result, three customers who had ordered after me left, but I remained, waiting for two more similar teas.In response to my complaints, I was redirected to buy my teas at Tim Hortons!Starbucks, please review the performance of your employees!

Rob and Sara were rockstar baristas who's hospitality assure my visit back to this location. A big thank you to them for making that experience a special one.

make it make sense
Lived here over a year now. Never open inside despite having multiple people there working and the hours they are open are erratic. My order is almost always wrong and the wait time is unreasonable. I won't be back it's not worth the time or inconvenience. I will go somewhere else.
First, they always seem to be drive through only. This has been going on for years. I have been able to enter the store once.Then, they don’t have the menu items we want.I don’t know what their problem is but we are not interested in returning.

It's a fine Starbucks but they close at 4...I didn't realize this was a government establishment. Lmao in what world does a Starbucks close at 4? Also, when they do close, the staff doesn't tell you they're closed and just ignore you standing at the glass door trying to figure out what's going on.
