I was at this location a few days ago and honestly the staff left such an impressionable mark for their service that it felt like I was doing a disservice by not appreciating them. Rob and Sara were rockstar baristas who's hospitality assure my visit back to this location. A big thank you to them for making that experience a special one.
9am - 4pm! Ridiculous!! Suggesting that I should go all the way to Bracebridge (+40km) is even more ridiculous. It seems they’re having staffing problems. At the prices I’m paying they either need to pay better to attract staff or they have poor management. Where is head office in this? It is their brand which is looking bad.
