I just went through the drive-thru but it's a very covenient location when you're shopping at Home Depot or Freshco & there was no wait and the lady there was very kind and friendly!!

Wow, if that had been my first visit to Tim Hortons - it would have been my last.
So very very disorganized.
We waited inside 5 min at least for our food and an additional 5 min for our lattes and by the time we got to the car, our breakfast sandwiches were cold
A lot of unhappy customers in that location today. Definitely need better supervision on site

Today was the last time I will visit Tim Hortons. Firstly the person taking the orders on the drive thru cannot speak English and the speakers is so low you cannot hear properly. Then when I get my order it tasted terrible. Two double doubles tasted like triple triples & the tea had double the sugar. Never again.

My friend and I ordered off the fall menu and the worker at the front didn’t understand the concept of an iced latte with cold foam, and the pumpkin spice iced Capp. We each got our drinks without any foam or whipped cream which does not match the photo on the screen and when I asked for cold foam a different worker asked if I wanted whipped cream when I specifically paid extra for cold foam. The iced Capp also had no whipped cream or any topping on top and when asked, the worker seemed very confused to why we were complaining. Very unfortunate as we were so hyped to try the new fall drinks.

I get it we want to have our times down and rush drinks out the window but you could at least say something to me. Randall specifically is absolutely intolerable. No customer service shown from him what’s so ever.

I ordered a cilantro chicken bowl with slow cooked chicken and half sauce in the drive thru, an order I eat almost everyday, highly recommend the bowls. Workers are friendly, everything goes smooth. Then I arrive at home, and my chicken bowl has breaded chicken. I am gluten intolerant, and was not able to eat this.
