We came to Kelseys for a family dinner expecting a decent meal and left completely shocked by the quality of food that was served. I ordered the $40 steak entree with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, and what arrived at the table honestly looked like something thrown together in a cafeteria. It was served on a cold steel tray instead of an actual plate and looked completely unappetizing.

$240 for cold food. There’s no excuse for that because we were on time for pickup and we live 12 minutes away. Food that was really oddly packaged making it unappealing … honestly I would like my tip back. I never had soup covered with plastic wrap in a solid food container before. You know you’re in trouble when your 7 year old asks you to microwave their dinner.
Needless to say we are disappointed. The portions have been steadily decreasing over the last few orders....read full review
