Visited a while back, wanted to leave a good review because pf what happened. Food was cooked wrong, doughy on one side burnt on the other (panzerotti). The pop was good. Tried to work through the meal, server noticed, gave me the food for free without hassle. Integrity is not dead. Thank you.
Service is the principle word describing the industry - Service Industry and is where ALL restaurants are classified. Servers are the people who deliver the EXPERIENCE that either makes it enjoyable or a living hell. Cathy always and I mean each and everytime makes the experience match the expectations. Thank you. A pleasant outing at our local ESM, made all the more enjoyable by our attentive, pleasant and capable server Cate. We still think ESM has some of the best chicken parmagiana out there, although we agreed the cesar salad dressing was frankly, devoid of taste? The dining room has a nice feel, and you can't beat their daily specials.
