“I’d like to add to all the positive comments by commenting on the positive overall experience at this East Side Mario’s location. Never mind the fact that the food is always prepared timely and delish, there are the super-friendly and conscientious servers who take that little bit of extra time to make you feel really welcome by remembering your name and sometimes even what you did that day. It really makes a warm difference to people that may be weary, hungry and perhaps even a little lonely (yep, that does happen to folks from time to time) and give them that needed human connection that just brightens up even the most haggard traveller. So big cudos to Candence, Karen and Jordon, servers extraordinaire who keep ESM’s the best spot in town for family meals!“
