“5 STARS PLUS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️+ The BEST dining out experience in a VERY LONG time !!! Our waiter Mike was incredible 🥰 The service and food was exceptional and before we left we made another reservation. My husband and I are Italian and the food has such deep flavour all made to perfection, everything from the start to the very end (appetizers to dessert) was the BEST ! We both left there so extremely satisfied… experience it yourself - you will NOT be disappointed. It’s our favourite restaurant now, hands down beats any other restaurant in Orillia. Worth every dollar spent there. Can’t wait to go there again ❤️“

“Had lunch at East Side’s in Orillia with my mans today and had a great experience. I ordered the Trio and everything was delicious. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and exceeded expectations. “Went on June 19th for the free personal sized pizza because Canada won and it was so good! They cooked them right then and there as people came in which was nice since you got a fresh pizza and not one that was cooked and sitting a bit. Super friendly and nice staff as well.

“It’s becoming more rare that when people have positive experiences that they take the time to write a review so I’m trying to make it more of a habit of doing so when there are stand out experiences. Just want to note how extremely awesome the management is at the Boston pizza Orillia location. We came out for dinner tonight and had a VERY minor issue with our order and the manager tonight took it above and beyond to correct the issue and make us feel so welcome. I cant express how awesome it was to not have to even blink twice and things were already being corrected. Stand up customer service here and stand up management out of this Boston pizza!“
