As a chain restaurant, the food is just as it is expected to be, the atmosphere is lacking because there's a very small space, it is obviously designed for pick up only. And although I can tell the staff are trying to be courteous and friendly it is obvious to me they are understaffed and as such the staff can't give customers the time and attention they deserve. If it wasn't for the recipe staying similar over the years, I would not be buying from here. The delivery service is disgusting and the manager defends it with claiming their is no problem. After the claim that my food has arrived, I call and still wait an additional 20 minutes after I am told it is on its way. It's been 20 minutes after the estimated time of arrival and still no food.This has been occurring numerous times but my family do enjoy the way this pizza is made as well...read full review

Not bad, but have waited very long times for delivery. Called and was told driver was stuck in traffic.. pizza arrived 30 minutes later very hot - so either a redo or they never were stuck in traffic
