Our waiter Mike was incredible 🥰 The service and food was exceptional and before we left we made another reservation. My husband and I are Italian and the food has such deep flavour all made to perfection, everything from the start to the very end (appetizers to dessert) was the BEST ! We both left there so extremely satisfied… experience it yourself - you will NOT be disappointed. It’s our favourite restaurant now, hands down beats any other restaurant in Orillia. Worth every dollar spent there. Can’t wait to go there again ❤️“

“We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Emily was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and great service made our meal even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!“

“Whenever my wife and I spend the night at Casino Rama we always have breakfast at The Weirs restaurant! This visit Carrie was our server and service was excellent! By mistake I ordered the Benny Breakfast instead of the Jackpot Breakfast, Carrie offered to exchange my breakfast even though the mistake was mine. I really appreciated her sincere offer and her kindness.“

“Halie was my waitress, quick to acknowledge, friendly, efficient, check that everything was good with the meal. This is becoming my place to enjoy an excellent breakfast, and Halie was my waitress again. She, more than anything else, brings me back to this establishment. People buy from people, not businesses, and I would suggest you do everything you can to keep the lady as your representative. Probably something in the vein of a substantial bonus, or raise would help. Even though the peameal servings were mighty thin, I'll be back.“

“I have no idea what the man's name that runs the Orillia location but he is amazing. He is there everytime I go in alone or with my sister. Today my sister went in by herself for the first time since ive moved and he asked her why she was without me. Honestly that warmed my heart to be remembered! So shout out to the Orillia Freshii for being so welcoming and kind! Food is always fantastic 10/10 recommended food stop in Orillia!“

“Food was very good. I am vegetarian and so there were a few choices. I was disappointed that both soups had meat. 1 vegetarian soup and 1 meat soup would be fair and nice!
It was busy so the wait was longer than usual (45 min this time) but they said that they were short servers so even though there were empty tables, people couldn't be seated.😢“
