Tim Hortons is a restaurant that offers delicious food and great service. Customers enjoy their chicken Caesar wraps and other menu items, considering them some of the best they've had. The staff are friendly and kind, providing quick and attentive service. The atmosphere is typical of a standard coffee shop, with friendly staff who are helpful and efficient. The drive-thru line always moves quickly, making it convenient for customers on the go. The washrooms are clean, contributing to a pleasant visit. However, there have been concerns about being charged full price for a cup of hot water, which some find unfair. Overall, Tim Hortons provides a decent dining experience with tasty food and commendable service, although there are occasional issues like focus on drive-thru and pricing.
