I was in the restaurant Sat morning. Ordered several drinks and some bagels. When the young girl gave me my teas I realized I had forgotten my grandsons white hot chocolate. She was amazing. Instead of making me go the the end of a long line, she took it upon herself to prepare the hot chocolate for me. I tried to pay for it but she said it wasn’t necessary as I had a large order. Caleb was swift with my order and even when it was busy he got my food faster than ever. He managed to stay calm while there was a lunch rush and kindly greeted everyone who went his way.
One of the best things about this restaurant is that everything is available till late at night — perfect after a long day. I had a great conversation with the manager; she’s a good listener and made me feel heard. The entire team was friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to them for making my day better after work!
