Ordered online was ready in a timely manner. Small mistake with the order but they went above and beyond with making things right. Fixed the order with complimentary drink and pizza. I am extremely happy with the service and the experience. Will go back for sure! Thank you to the manager Lucas for taking care of the order.

I have been coming to this location since i was a little kid and never have I had the issues I had yesterday. I ordered parm bites and a 2 slice cheese pizza for me and my girlfriend and when we received it, the box leaked oil everywhere, there was at least an inch of oil in that box and the parm bites were practically dissolving because they were just submerged in oil. After asking politely for a remake after they grudgingly accepted, they might as well have just given me the same box because once again the box was literally leaking because of the sheer amount of oil leaking out. It was sickening. After coming to terms with the fact that they dont care about their food quality, we opened the pizza box only to find a shriveled up uncut burnt pizza. I had to literally go back after complaining already just to get the pizza cut. The lack of care and organization was astonishing to say the least. I , aswell as my girlfriend have told all our friends and family about this experience and not to go to the ingersoll location anymore. Sad to see this place go straight downhill. Ps, we both have food poisoning from attempting to eat that oil they call parm bites. (We hadn’t eaten all day so we were desperate and paid the price for trusting that paying a large pizza chain the price of the food they advertise is what we would roughly get)

We picked up our pizzas and took them home.
When we arrived home the pizzas were made wrong so we called and they said they would remake them and deliver them out. No big deal.
Well the remakes arrived and they were wrong as well Terrible

Pretty tacky to hand out coupons at competitor's businesses called it 'community support' or whatever it was. A kid too young to know any better gave me Dominoes coupons at Evergreen Café (which is great). Just tacky. Don't go into other businesses to try and sell your product. That's low. Decent pizza though.
