My hubby and I went for Lunch today ordered a Large 3 topping pizza and it was awful! I haven't been in a few years, but quality has gone downhill drastically. Paid $28.99 +tax for a Large 3 topping pizza and tasted like a frozen grocery store pizza. The crust did not taste fresh made and the Italian sausage on it tasted like it was a day before expiration. When you have Pizza and pasta in the restaurant name you better make sure it's awesome.....or don't advertise it as your focused cusine. Will not be revisiting after today's experience.
Fantastic food , even better service and have been going here for over a decade but starting to be disappointed. Food is still great as is the service but getting sick of the cheap cost cutting measures . Drinks are 4 dollars a drink , not a drink with alcohol just a normal pop , 4 dollars ….. if you drink it all no free refill . What restaurant charges 4 dollars for a pop and doesn’t give refills . So if you’re still thirsty you get to pay another 4 bucks or tempt fate and drink Ingersoll lovely sewage flavoured water there . Adding a lemon slice doesn’t take that awful taste away .
Ordered cross track fries for an app ( yummy waffle fries with cheese and bacon ) used to be the fries were covered in cheese , now , be lucky if half the fries even have cheese on them .
Fettuccine Alfredo used to come with a nice garlic bread on a heated mini baguette now it comes with a plain cold crusty bun . List goes on and on . Just cheap cost cutting measures likely implemented from the top thinking customers won’t notice . Sad . I think they are living on past glories of being on tv but for me I won’t be back . Thank you to all the cooks and waitresses there that have kept me and my family fed but if you don’t want to feel like you’re getting skimped on absolutely everything , go somewhere else . Hopefully the owner sees this ( but doubt he will change anything , clearly all about profits even if it means pushing longtime customers away for good)
4 dollars for a drink is criminal to begin with when it likely costs 40 cents. Than to not even offer refills …..yeah I’m done . Went downhill

Cozy and fun place. I don't eat pizza and I ate pizza here
So good.
Kid-friendliness: Treated my daughter as a full on paying customer! Loved that the servers treated her as an adult. Great restaurant experience for her.

Not what it once was. Prices are very high. $4.98 to add feta on a small pizza. $5 for a soda! Food was underwhelming.

My family comes here whenever we get the chance. It's become our default restaurant due to the fact that its food is fantastic, they have incredibly nice staff, and a great atmosphere. I'm constantly impressed by this seemingly small restaurant. They just installed a new restroom, too!

We had heard that Louie’s made great panzerottis. Before ordering I asked our server if they were deep fried and she said YES. Great, this was the reason we had driven a hour to try Louie’s. Well what we received was a giant BAKED hunk of dried dough stuffed with what could have been delicious toppings. It was the worst panzerotti my husband and I have ever had. SO DISAPPOINTING!

We use to frequent Louie’s and then went very occasionally . My husband and I decided to try it again he ordered fish and chips and definitely this has changed from previous fish over cooked and small portions and definitely not the same as prior. I ordered a chicken Caesar pizza small size with no price beside any of the specialties pizza’s , the pizza was dry very little sauce leaving me with not wanting more ! . The bill then came and to my surprise over a 100.00 the pizza was approximately 28.00 , I did ask about the price and was quickly told it’s classified as 6 items . I paid my bill with no dispute however this restaurant that use to be a great place has very much declined in there service and there food !! I will not be returning.
