I asked for steep tea double double which clearly means 2 sugar 2 cream I ordered off the app and I was in a hurry grabbed it and left when I went to take a sip it’s black coffee no sugar no cream like seriously!! Why did you guys not fulfill my order properly even though I didn’t have a long order it was simply just a tea. Please bring more responsible staff.

Came into town to visit a friend, we sat in the Dining room for a couple hours to talk, staff was very friendly and polite, would like to give extra Kudos to Robin and April very friendly!!! A+ service

Arrived early in the morning with 2 vehicles in front of me, it took over 20 mins just for 3 vehicles to get through, when inquiring about the long wait times I was met with very disrespectful employees who actually yelled at me and didn't seem to care they were making people late to work.
Line up out of the parking lot due to this.
Improperly staffed and slow employees.

I have been coming here everyday this week for a bagel BELT with bacon. This morning they gave me the wrong sandwich (they put sausage innstead of bacon) and the egg was not on the sandwich. They did not have a full drive thru and I was only the second car in drive through. They rushed my order and completely got it wrong. Very disappointing

Last week or so I went with my kids, as we were ordering inside there were a lot of Flys inside where they have the donuts displayed. I pointed out a big fly glued to the sugar glaze on an apple fritter donut. I was grossed out by it and she looked at me like I was weird. She acted like she can't see it when I pointed at it. Then she flicked it off and left the donut on the tray to sell to some poor customer that has no clue. She obviously should have thrown that donut out! But instead she said " well there's nothing we can do. We can't spray pesticides on our food." I said "yeah but you can use a screen to protect the food. Instead of an open display." How brain dead does someone have to be to work there? Gross! Never again. Oh and fix the ripped up seating it looks so ghetto. Or just shut this place down. Do us a favor! Always a gross experience here.

So handy to place a mobile order & pick up some supper for my family on our way home from a shopping afternoon in Woodstock. The service here is efficient, the food always tasted delicious, (and i received Tim rewards for my mobile order in the app later). This location is sometimes out of the donut flavors i want, but it's never a problem because we like so many kinds, we can always find another that is available. Just beware when ordering thru mobile that they may not have the donut you chose available when you arrive for your pickup.

Parking: The parking lot is located behind the building, not immediately visible from the main highway, and it is usually quite full. There is sometimes a few parralel street parking spaces open directly across the street, though.

Tim Hortons is the most depressing job a person could have. To all the young people who work at this location. If you can't do this job what the hell are you going to do with the rest of your lives. This place is also full of flies. Do not buy any food here.

Lack of order. So many employees but it took more than 20 to 30 minutes of wait i spent for 2 cups of coffee. If I did not complain they wouldn’t remember my order. The cashier did not even remember taking my order until I showed her the bill deducted from my account. Tim Hortons should give receipt all the time. Absolutely unacceptable for an Onroute stop to wait that long

Not clean and slow service. Employee was changing her bandaid over the food counter. Not a clean table in the place. Serving counters were filthy. Employees stood talking among themselves while customers waited to be served. Mop bucket with filthy water was placed in front of rest rooms to prevent customers from using them while no one was cleaning them.

Nothing wrong with the Timmy here, just saying that flat bread pizza is the worst pizza I had. Skimpy on ingredients and bland. No flavour, not appetising in looks not taste. Definitely not worth what they're asking for. Never again. Sandwiches are much better.
