Horrible service this morning.Sat in the drive thru for 15 minures before having to shout into the microphone for service. (Not a single car in site)The lack of urgency or care for there job is highly visible from your employees. (Possibly have someone who is a little more mature and caring run your drive thru).

Ordered a London Fog in the drive thru and that took 20 min. When I finally got my drink, it was a black plain tea. Went into the store to have it fixed, nobody would come to the counter and when I spoke up, I was left waiting for another 10 min. I understand being under staffed, but it is ridiculous to have to spend over 30 min waiting for a drink and to be ignored. I left my incorrect order and will never go back

We ordered two cheese tea biscuits toasted with butter. While we were waiting for them, we heard the employee who was preparing them say that they were ready for the microwave. We told the person who took our order that we had asked for them to be toasted. There was a short exchange of words and the preparer took the bag of biscuits and threw them into the garbage WITH GREAT force. Not nice to see such an unhappy employee!

My mom ordered two of her favourite specialty lattes for us and they gave us plain lattes that might I add barely tasted like a latte. Swamp water being a better description. She is very sad and that makes me sad so there ya have it, they create a chain of sadness. Who knows who I’ll spread it to next.

Its the cheap cups that are turning me away from tims i usually buy a coffee on the way to work and now im cautious because of the cheap cups that the company switched to i didnt even make it out of town this morning before i seen my cup holder in my truck full of coffee because the cup came apart at the seams at top and ran down it left one hell of a mess to i thought maybe a one time thing but it seems these cups cant handle the heat and they fall apart at the seams happens more frequently than it should ?if this keeps up im not wasting my money on coffee that ends up outside the cup cause the cups cant hold themselves together ? get better cups!!!!!!
