Ordered pizza on a Monday night and live about 5-7 minutes away from the location. Asked for an order total on the phone in order to know how much cash to have at the door and told "I don't have time. I'm all alone and too busy." Frustrating but understandable, to a degree. Called the store 90 minutes after pizza was ordered and asked where it was and was told it may be another 30 minutes (for a total wait time of 2 hours for 1 pizza and fries) and "well I'm busy and there's nothing I can do about it."I'm glad that the business is so successful that they're very busy on a Monday night, but I really can't understand why if this is the way they talk to their customers. There's a right and a wrong way to talk to people and a busy restaurant is no excuse for rude behavior. Do not recommend if you'd like to eat your pizza the same night you ordered it.

I’ve only ordered delivery, never eaten at Roma’s, but their food is delicious, always the same, and at least in my experience their delivery is fast. One time I ordered during primetime on Friday evening and i was eating 20 minutes after I ordered. Love this place! I recommend their wings.

We were really sick for a few weeks, and I’m late in pregnancy so we ordered a few nights in one week. The people who answered the phone are always so nice. The food takes time with delivery but the drivers are also very nice and the food (pizza, fries and onion rings) are always so delicious and the quality is always so consistent. Our new regular favourite for sure and definitely recommended to my family and friends

Stopped for first time while in the area. Worker was very nice. Quick service. Patio was nice. We ordered donairs and they were super bland. The veggies inside were crisp and fresh but there just wasn’t anything great about it otherwise. Perhaps pizza is better but I wouldn’t order the donair again.

Twice now, we waited 1 hour for a salad and a sub, and others came in ordered their pizza after us and got it before us. Only because the cook doesn't like making it he complained to us, saying it will take a long time. Bias or what!!!!!! Also, many people walk out the door while we were there,

Whoever the prep cook is there needs to be disciplined or dismissed. I ordered a donair and the previous two times there was significantly more meat on it so I went back and I asked and after the prep cook kept telling me “we put 8 slices on it”, over and over he just started yelling and giving me the middle finger. I did tell him it looked like a veggie wrap. Wish I took a picture.The manager did send him out the back door and closed it, however after some conversation it seems he wants to run the place right however doesn’t seem to have a handle on the staff at all who just seem to do whatever they want. Unfortunately I won’t be back again even though I live 1 minute away. Used to come every second day or so, time to consider your staffing.
