Because of device order I’ve got wrong recipe but they called my number so I tried to pickup my food. But they said it’s not mine and they were angry at me!!! They are crazy Tim Hortons and they don’t speak french also.
They gave me wrong order but it wasn’t my order. They don’t apologize me never.

Employees could not speak english at all and made for a lot of conflict at the counter between many people. Full indian group working that day but cannot remember names so hard to describe. Middle aged woman at the cash. When they ran out of an item, instead of telling people/removing it as an option, they simply don't give it to you after paying. Then they have to be PUSHED to replace/refund the drink, just expecting you to pay them for fun I guess.

POOR MANAGEMENT - staff without hairnet, beard net and even hats preparing sandwiches/bowls.

Visited restaurant at 430pm Sunday.

Manager or supervisor doesn't do their job properly.

Staff too busy to take orders too.

Staff couldn't speak english clearly and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I got a sandwich that tasted bland and I ended up throwing it out as it was inedible. When I brought this to their attention, they then spoke a different language behind the counter the entire time which made me uncomfortable and I didn't know what they were saying. I am finding this at many On-route Tim Hortons. I am now making an effort to avoid these locations.

The service is very slow, possibly due to a lack of staff. As a customer, I didn't appreciate the long wait. Even when ordering online, by the time you receive your food, it doesn't taste as good as you would expect. While the quality of the food is acceptable, the wait time is definitely a drawback.

Food are tasting so hard and soappy. Worst service ever, they don't even listen to your order and manager are so rude. Must avoid this Tim Horton.
