I had an offer and when I ordered and tried to redeem the offer, the associate said that the scanner is not working. When I asked him if there was another scanner or what could be done, he said that restart will take 2-3 mins, and I said I was ok to wait and he called the manager. The manager was very rude and said that restarting the scanner system will take 30m and cannot be done. Not wanting to get into an argument I asked him to proceed and after he charged me for the order, the associate tells me that the everything bagel I ordered is finished. I was already frustrated, but just wanted to get the order and go, and told him to use any other bagel he had. After all this, when I got my bagel with cream cheese order, it was not toasted or even warmed. It is the worst experience ive ever had at a tim hortons.

There was raining out side i stop at that tim hortons to pick up coffee due to heavy rain my shoe were wet my shoe leave some minor marks on floor a lady working at that tim hortons at night shift she told me to clean the floor marks with tissue paper it looks like so disrespectful .this was my first bad experience with tim horton
