Hey there! So, I was driving to Toronto to visit my friend, and guess what? I was starving! I spotted an ON Route and decided to grab some New York fries. Now, let me tell you, the cashiers there were absolutely amazing! There was this one cashier named Jashleen who was super friendly and attentive. She took my order with a huge smile on her face. Had the classic poutine. Fries here are really bad (for a place with fries in the name, what are they doing?) but the gravy was mid and the cheese was decent (curd-like) and the ratios were really good (nice amount of cheese), so it gets a 3/5.
Good pit stop, good food, lots of parking, miserable service they let you know how there feeling through there customer service for sure.
And this place is quite dirty chairs for lounging are full of food and the tables are stick and covered in pop and ketchup and other sauces.
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly as it's a wide open space just keep an eye on your kids as it could get busy at times.
