Got food and drinks in the drive-thru intending to use a coupon on the tims app, only for us to tell us at the window that their scanner doesnt work. It was already made, but they said we cant have it for the coupon price or any kind of discount and threw it out right in front of us...
Ordered chili on the app which the store did not have. Asked for a refund and the customer service guy said that I have to request the refund through the app and he went on to my phone and showed me how to send an enquiry I did get a response which said that I need to get the refund from the store. Was on a road trip over an hour away so not practical to go back. I have asked that the main office provide my refund which they seem unwilling to do.Very disappointed in a brand...read full review

Worst experience ever. I went in drive thr. And order grill cheese melt and it seems not grill at all… I was in hurry to my workplace and didn’t look at that time but this is totally unacceptable.
