Overpriced because of the resort tax and the service was so bad. I came here to do school work and there are only 2 outlets and no big tables for multiple people to sit at. Nice if you just want to sit in there to drink coffee but not for doing work. The girls working were so rude when we were ordering too so that didn’t help my bad experience. Not coming back to this location, would much rather the Starbucks in alcona as they are so much nicer and genuinely care.

Is this really a Starbucks? ? This location is owned by Friday Harbour and will not let you use your Starbucks card/app regardless of looking like a “Starbucks”. As such you can’t order ahead because the location won’t show up on your app. This may cause a longer waiting time depending on what you order. Please note that this is not the staff’s fault so please be patient with them knowing that these unreasonable circumstances are not their fault. Tisk tisk Starbucks for letting Friday Harbour do this to visitors who are loyal to Starbucks and everything a true Starbucks offers.

This Starbucks at Friday Harbour is mediocre at best. The location and view are nice, but that’s the only positive thing about this store. Everything is grossly overpriced. I paid 8 dollars for a small cappuccino with tax and I had to skirt my way through menus to not pay tip. The coffee was mediocre and not worth the price.

As an avid consumer of Starbucks products and visitor of them all over the world, this may be the most deceiving location I've been to thus far. It's beautiful, but that's all.The pricing is madness in comparison to other locations. Location alone doesn't warrant this as there's really nothing convenient about where it is.I visited an hour before close and all of the food items were put away already. Not sure why considering there were people all over with Starbucks and more in the process of going there. This was the first time I've experienced such a thing. If you're going to have most everything put away at 6:00pm, then just close at 6:00pm.Parking: Parking is a dirt lot, quite a walk away.

They don't serve plates. Even if I spend $30 on two frozen breakfast sandwiches, I'm expected to eat it like a vagrant in a parking lot. Apparently it's "resort policy"... LOL.

They double charged me and offered no recourse or solution.Paid with app, was told I had to reload, and then was charged twice. Thankfully it only cost me 25$ to never come back.

It's located in the beautiful Friday Harbour Resort . This store has a lot of indoor seating for you to do your office or school work. This store has full Starbucks menu . Customer service is always super nice and friendly.

I just wanted to say the manager at this Starbucks is the sweetest, most caring and understanding. Kate made my experience working here really great and I appreciate everything she has done for me. I loved coming into every shift and seeing how much she cared about everyone.

The atmosphere and service do not reflect Friday Harbour. For a Starbucks in a resort they are very unfriendly, slow and not accommodative. Kate was unfriendly and impatient while taking our large order, and asked us to leave and come back because we had to add more money into our Starbucks app since the order was more expensive than anticipated. The app glitched and we ended up needing to put another $50 which also didn’t fully register and when we asked for help she said try leaving Friday Harbour and then checking. The drinks came after 15 minutes. I know and hope you guys can do better to represent the amazing resort Friday Harbour.

Perfect location and nice outside patio. The prices are higher than in other locations. I got disappointed with the frappuchino i’ve ordered. It was too watery.
