I've been here three times so far—once during the winter and twice recently in the summer. My first visit was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly, the drinks were hot, rich, and well-made, and I left thinking the higher prices were worth it.
Unfortunately, my recent visits have been a completely different experience. It seems like the staff has changed, and the overall quality has noticeably declined.

Service was spectacular!! Definitely expect airport prices at this location if ur planning a trip but aside from that the staff is very friendly and speedy :) place was clean and there’s plenty of seating w sofas. drinks are def made to standard and overall great location!! will be back :)
The utter arrogance of asking for MINIMUM 20% tip at the point of sale machine. Why!?!?!

However, some customers find the prompt for tipping at 20% or 25% uncomfortable and believe tipping should be a personal choice rather than an automatic feature, especially since the store is not a corporate location and has a resort fee on all food and drinks. Service prices may be higher, akin to airport prices at certain locations. The store is conveniently located with a large parking lot and wheelchair accessibility with automatic doors. Overall, Starbucks provides a reliable spot for quality drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere, though some aspects of the tipping culture may be seen as less customer-friendly.
