This Tim Hortons has become very very poor as of late. I’ve gotten the wrong order the last 3 times. I spoke to someone who then again, gave me the wrong order.It took 45 minutes to get my order because everyone working didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Eventually I just gave up and took the item.I reported it to Tim Hortons who told me it was my responsibility to go and speak to the staff, even though I already had.
It's been a while that Tim's has gone down hill, from slow service, to wrong orders. I was the only person at the front ordered a simply bacon and drink. I got my order and headed to work only to get there and realize they made my order wrong, I returned with the sandwich and asked for a new correct order. They proceeded to go through all lunch bar orders until they found mine and realized that yes it was the wrong order. They ripped the old sandwich out of my hands, threw it...read full review

Staff is friendly but this is the 2nd time I've ordered and they were out of eggs. I ordered 6 donuts but they only had 2 left of my choice. They couldn't fulfill my food order. When they brought the food to my car they apologized for the wait but gave us no napkins.
