Absolutely AMAZING! Warm and welcoming, We had a great meal served by a wonderful Hostess with a big smile. Really good coffee with a sinful selection of desserts to finish off a great visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful high tea experience at Bridgeview. Our server was friendly and attentive. The mix and match tea cups and tea pots added to the whimsical event. Can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor seating. The food was delicious!

I was craving a great hamburger with bacon & cheese. It was awesome. Spinach artichoke dip was very good too. The waitress was amazing as well.

This is the 3rd and final time of giving this place a try. I’ve seen so many positive reviews and thought I was surely missing out on something so I gave it a couple more chances.
The service (beyond taking and delivering an order and bill) isn’t great. Drinks not refilled, table not checked on, and at one point the cook brought part of our meal because our server couldn’t be found. It wasn’t busy by any means so I’m trying to figure out why the service was slow.
The food quality was abysmal. Their fish is fried for so long that half of it was literally inedible. The chicken quesadilla had incredibly little filling to justify $16 and the taste was bland. We also ordered a sirloin burger to find that it was chunks of beef instead of an actual burger. They justified calling it a burger because they put it on a hamburger bun.
I really am at a loss as to the positive reviews.

We stopped here after a flight to ogdensburg airport. It was an okay experience. Solid three stars. Disappointed by the $60 bbq sampler. Most of the meat was overcooked and the rib meat was too tough to eat. The coleslaw and potato salad were just okay. Nothing outstanding. I’m from southern part of the U.S. and I suppose growing up from there I must have a very high standard for bbq places because this was probably the worst bbq I’ve ever eaten. The chicken club sandwich, however, was amazing. Love that they had whole wheat options and everything on the sandwich was fresh. The fries were also very good. We would definitely be up for giving this place another try, just readjust your bbq expectations and I’m sure this little gem will be satisfactory. The service was good and we appreciated our friendly waitress.

Great service, beef dipper was very good and a nice Cesar to drink.
A hidden gem on the waterfront. Homemade food and desserts. The Prime rib Friday special was cooked perfectly. The inside looks like an old time 50'diner with stools at the bar, but plenty of seating inside and out on their patio. Also, they were setting up for live entertainment inside. Can't wait to return

Drove down from Brockville, have been there before. A brief shower had passed through a half an hour before our arrival and the waitress was pretty adamant. We were going to eat inside because if we went outside, it might rain even though there was no rain in the sky. So we ended up outside. She took our drink order and asked if they could turn on the music and she said that the squirrel said eat the wires for the speakers and you can see them hanging down the wall 2 feet. I felt like saying well why doesn’t management have somebody hooked the wires back up again. The milk weed we’re 3 1/2 feet high ,golden rod full bloom just weeds all over the edge of the patio where you’re sitting no care I ordered the crispy fish burger. I got a piece of fish that was 2 in.² some fries and a bun for $20 20. You gotta be kidding me $.10 for the fries $.50 for the bun two dollars for the piece of fish and that’s the cost. Probably eight dollars for a beer, I think Chuck’s is gonna kill everybody in Prescott because nobody knows what really good service good atmosphere is anymore Will not be back ever
