Bridgeview Dockside Restaurant & Patio

The food wasn't horrible, but I probably won't go back, and neither would I recommend them. We got there just after six for supper, and it was seven forty five before our food arrived. I had a chicken club which tasted alright, but I was expecting it to come with fries; instead I got stale potato chips. My dinner companion had the brisket which he said tasted pretty good although it was kinda dry. The atmosphere was great though, and the waitress was very nice.

I had a lovely time spending Mother’s Day with my mother and we did the tea and loved it!! We definitely would recommend others. Great service and friendly staff!

Went for muscles, none avail.; ordered margarita pizza, no fresh basil. So.. ordered stuffed portobello mushroom, no portobellos, and before I could order, waitress said “no meatloaf either”.. pfft... I ordered 3 tacos, hub ordered prime rib “special” for $34. My tacos, clearly, was made from leftover proteins were not good, while the prime rib was so thin, it was absurd and had been clearly warmed to medium, under a broiler, uugghh.. not cool. Will not return, will not recommend. Aside from that, waitstaff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was clean, while only one other table in the place, and temp was about 18, so put my jacket back on. Waste of money and time.

Fantastic Brisket and fries but failed to deliver a meal to feed two. Keep the change

Great waterfront location, boat friendly, nice patio, after a few tries and no response from the owners, i am writting a review, people pay good money to eat out..the food was really bad, and more than ounce...dry chicken ect..Great potential even the specialties are not up to par....

Many thanks to our server today. We were a talkative group of 14 and she handled our group with grace and patience . No rushing us out the door . We sat in their back room area. 2nd time we have been a larger group of old school friends and each time we were welcomed.

Was driving by, but turned around and so glad we did. An hour before closing we ordered a Canadian pizza. Hopeful to find a new favourite pizza place and by cracky we did. The crust was delicious and crispy the toppings perfect in the right amount. We were full so we took dessert home so worth the trip. A must try!!!!

I went for dinner with a friend and ordered fish and chips. It was the largest portion I have ever seen on a plate and was very tasty. I also had a cider from their brewery, which was great! What a cool find.

Had an amazing meal here tonight, tried a number of different pizzas and you could tell they were made with fresh ingredients from the amazing flavour they delivered.

Don't forget to try the blueberry whiskey sauce!

It's the go-to restaurant in the small town of Johnstown. The food is wholesome and hot.
