Beautiful modern dining experience with a sampling menu. Dishes were well prepared, however there seemed to be a repetitive theme of a bit too much sodium on the savory dishes which over powers the freshness and delicate flavours such as scallop, crab, halibut...The same thing occured with the jus for the lamb and the tenderloin. The maitre d' and rest of staff were on point, presenting the dishes very well with detailed description and enthusiasm.Overall a great experience and with some improvements, will become one of the best dining experiences in the GTA.

OMG THIS PLACE IS GORGEOUS! Everything from the ambiance to the service to the tasting menu - GORGEOUS! Each dish was a delight for the eyes and taste buds, and our server was absolutely delightful. They easily accommodated the various dietary restrictions at our table. Worth the drive from Toronto!

A month later & my partner and I still can’t stop talking about our experience at RPM!! The service was unlike anything we’ve experienced. I’m also blown away by the flavours they were able to create just by using local ingredients found in Canada!! To be honest, I came into the experience having very high expectations, and I’m happy to say that they’ve exceeded them. I’d definitely go with the wine pairings as well. We got to try a lot of RPM wines and different wines all over the world which have become our new found favourites! I can’t wait to come back and try out their summer and fall menu’s ?

The venue is very comfortable and nice although how a place can not be accessible in this day and age is odd.Service was faultless.Food was ….good. Just good. Each dish was interesting, some very tasty, others just okay. When all was said and done there wasn’t a single dish that left us wanting more. Some were surprising, but none made either of us say: oh that was so delicious, or wow that was amazing. And for that price they should! ($632 for 2 plus tax and service charge). The halibut was good. The beef was tasty but tough. There was roast pork with mushrooms which was a very nice little morsel. The best part was the wines. Their own wines were surprisingly excellent and the imports were very well paired with the foods.Overall it was nice. But it sure didn’t feel like a Michelin star restaurant.

Wonderful progression of food from lighter tasting seafood to heartier meats, all with amazing complex sauces. The wine pairing featured many unique wines from Ontario and around the world. Superb service, great ambiance.

An experience like no other. Amazing food and drinks, service, & atmosphere. Every dish was incredible & creative & the wine pairings paired so well for each. The attention to detail is so obvious not only in the food but also in the service. Even the next day, we sent them an email regarding some questions we didn’t get a chance to ask during our dinner and the team got back to us so quickly. We have nothing bad to say at all. We left so stuffed, despite what other reviews might say. We can confidently say that this is one of the best restaurants in all of Canada. A MUST try for everyone. Get the wine pairings. Already planning on coming back soon to try their Spring/Summer menu.

My wife booked a table for my birthday, she was driving but bought me the wine pairing for the meal.Let me start by saying the food was very good and well presented. The portions, however, were miniscule and would have made a Parisienne chef blush ? !! The duck portion was less than an ounce, as was the lamb. Lobster was three pieces the size of my small fingel nail. Three tiny muscles followed and then an ounce of fish. The sourdough bread was excellent, make sure you get a slice otherwise you will leave still hungry!!The wines were described in detail but not explained why they were chosen or how they complemented the specific course. The server was trying to free pour three ounces but never succeeded. It was two at best every time. Overall, there are much better places to dine if you're going to spend $400+.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience for my bachelorette party in early Dec 2023! Dinner at Restaurant Pearl Morissette was worth the drive in from Toronto. The space was one large impressive room with the tall ceilings - it was modern and clean with an open concept kitchen. The 4 of us enjoyed the tasting dinner. Learning about each of the ingredients made me appreciate the food so much more. The flavours of the dishes came together so nicely and I was wowwed at the beautiful presentation, always looking forward to the next dish. Several of us opted for the juice pairing and one of us had wine. The sommelier and the servers were knowledgeable. They gave us a copy of the menu as a souvenir. I look forward to returning in the coming months to enjoy another seasonal meal.Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating with one guest who was pescatarian.

The food was a solid 4/5, but started to feel more likewedding reception quality as the courses went on. None of the dishes were memorable, but good nonetheless. Our server was very attentive, but we could only hear 25% of what he was saying, because he is so soft spoken. The wine pairing was also good, but only 1 of the many dishes really a compliment.
