The frozen character behind the bar truly knows how to leave a first impression. I understand that she has rules to follow but on what planet in any food/service industry does speaking to any human like they are incompetent in any regard is a way to create good business.

We had a lovely family dinner with excellent food (even the kids loved it). A big plus was our waiter Alex, who was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed even though they had multiple Christmas Parties Booked at the same time. We will definitely return!

2nd week in a row we have dined here after going to the movies at Landmark. Both times served by the delightful Chantal B. Food, beer and service was excellent. We may become Monday regulars!

Wonderful spot for some large night cocktail beverages. Had the Amber Beer and Stormy (very nice) and their amber. So flavourful. Relaxing atmosphere and great service from everyone.

Very disappointing compared to the one downtown Ottawa. The service was extremely long. I was very thirsty and asked for a glass of water for a start (ordered a cocktail and food at the same time), and after 15mn, I ended up going myself at the bar to ask for it. One of the employees was off duty but apparently drinking a beer behind the bar. Food was ok-ish. The waitress was nice and apologized, saying they were not expecting that many people on such an ordinary day. When we left, we say 3 employees were vaping on the side of the building. No wonder they were short staff…
