Chantel was our service. She was so excellent. She always was like with us. And we were never like, wondering where she was. She was so kind and always had a smile. And made us feel very welcome. And we were very taken care of, the food was, oh my goodness, sooo good. This is now one of our favourite spots!!! The drinks too were really good, I had a sangria it was delicious. We both had burgers and a flatbread Pizza and it was so yummy. We will definitely be back. The space is so huge, the patio is gorgeous. Chantet deserves a raise and to be on commission! 🤣🤎

We just hosted our engagement party here last weekend and had an amazing time! Maddison was so flexible with booking and answering all my questions, by far the best customer service and pricing out of the places I reached out to across Ottawa. At the event, Chantel P gave amazing service and was awesome to chat with, we received so many compliments from our guests on the clean space, the service, and how good the food was! I can’t recommend them enough for events, thank you again Maddison and Chantel P!!

The website shows a wide variety of beers, but when I went there, all they had two of their least interesting beers in their cooler. I bought five Brewers Tap layers, but what a disappointment. The first one was virtually tasteless when I poured half in my glass. Shockingly, when I poured out the rest, it was just residue of some sort. That went into my sink. The other cans were sour and then an second one was half sediment. Another pour out into my kitchen sink.

My retirement lunch was hosted at this location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The service for ~50+ people was super quick. Great selection of beers on tap. Overall, very pleased with the service.
Enjoyed the flem, the beer and churos. And especially enjoyed the service from our server, Chantal, who was very attentive, helpful and nice. Without us asking for it, she brought us water and water refills, which was great.

While the poutine was very rich and tasty and the cider and sangria were also great, the true rock star of our dining experience was Chantal, who went above and beyond to ensure that me, my wife, and my son had a five star experience. She was cheerful, conscientious, courteous, attentive, and insightful, making great food recommendations as well as great recommendations for things to do around Ottawa. We will definitely return here again, if for nothing else the outstanding customer service from folks like Chantal.
