I got the chubby chicken cruncher the last time I went to this A&W, and I kid you not it was absolutely the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life. Chicken was absolutely dry and disgusting, and the bun was burnt. Never going here again, they also shrinkflationed their other burgers too. Too bad A&W was good back in the day and I could actually justify the premium I was paying for it. Those days are long gone.

Had a very bad experience last night, i order a burger with an extra paddy, got charged extra but didint receive the extra paddy, when I called to inform them this issue, I basically was called a liar, very unprofessional service and will not be returning, that lady definitely needs retraining in customer service

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff member taking our order was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We specifically requested dine-in service, but what we received did not meet dine-in standards. We ordered poutine and onion rings, but both were served in takeout packaging. The onion rings, which are usually served in a mini fry basket, came in a paper bag instead and were barely edible. The poutine was also served in a single-use takeout container instead of the expected ceramic bowl. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff showed little to no hospitality. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this place for dining in.
