Terrible service! Learn to not talk about your customers when their standing in front of you! Don't assume they don't understand! I actually used to recommend your place to everyone but good luck after today!

Response.. If you take feedback seriously you should apologize. Seems from other reviews you have a problem with mannerism and how you treat customers. This incident isn't a one time thing that you have done to your customers. You receive what you get! But for once someone stood up to you! And when they did you actually followed them into the parking lot to to stare them down. It's a pity that people like you still run businesses

Beautiful shop. Everything is displayed beautifully. I came to buy some gifts and Tina was wonderful in helping me find the perfect items. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoy this roastery. It’s elegant and offers a wide variety of nuts, chocolates, baked desserts, and more. What I love most is the spirit it exudes—it feels like the top roastery in Syria.

Friendly staff, very clean and bright store. Salty toasted corn nuts were my favorite, the chili flavored ones were not to my liking, but still very good product.

Very bright, clean, inviting and interesting with the varying displays of scrumptious offerings. The owner (?) was a very lovely man who answered all of my questions and let me sample some of the many flavours of the kri kri cashews they carry. Very tasty! I will be back to venture further. 👍

I visited this store today with my two 6-year-old children to buy halal candy and sweets. My kids were calmly walking through the store and asking me if they could buy certain items. Like many children, they were curious and picking up products to look at them — and they were putting everything back in its place.

Unfortunately, the store owner became very angry and spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful tone, demanding that the children put everything back, even though they already were. The way he spoke was unnecessary and upsetting, especially in front of young children.

If you run a store that sells items for kids and families, some patience and basic kindness should be expected. Even if a product is misplaced, there is a respectful way to speak to customers — especially children.

I was very disappointed by this experience and would not recommend this place to families.

The product quality is amazing at all, but the nuts, when they take more than 2 weeks at home, lose their flavor no matter how suitable the conditions of preservation are.

Roasted cashews & peanuts were great. Fresh and well seasoned.
