We have loved this Arby’s for years but will never go back . Staff has changed, cleanliness is not a priority anymore and the food was bad, drinks were flat, no ice, curly fries were just bits and shards. Beef was cut in half from normal servings. Would give it a zero now if I could. Too bad it’s the only Arby’s in Ottawa. Just don’t go!

I've been there and ordered a Turkey Gyro Trio but they give me a Greek. Asked for change and they informed me that Turkey was out of stock but didn't tell me this before I ordered. Lack of attention.

Normally I love Arbys, I have been coming to the Hazeldean location for years. Got my normal beef and cheddar and curly fries and the quality was awful. Fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and the beef and cheddar had very little cheddar sauce and it seemed to be watered down to not even being cheddar.

Service was fast but the food was something else. Had the beef n cheddar and that thing was nasty, fries tasted like the frozen curly fries I make at home. First and last time, definitely not for me.

Place wasn't busy, so there was no reason that the place should be gross. But it was quite filthy! Food on the floor in many areas and most tables had crumbs and remnants of food. Condiment area had Arby's sauce dripping down the counter onto the floor and tracked into the dining area. Cups were empty. But at least the staff was pleasant.

This Arby's is one of the best I've ever been to. Strive was pleasant and the food was Awesome. So good. Tasted fresh. Little pricey but totally worth it. For me and my wife it was $50 bucks. Definitely dinner out for me. Lol
Some of the staff is very lazy and rude. Having to sit in the drive thru just to walk in to get the rest of your meal is a joke

Disappointed totally, we got here at 9:25 and they close at 10 they did not allow us in, then they did not want to sell us 5lb of meat because it was too much work. Lazy People!
