Purchased item and immediatly asked for a different item. Stated they cannot do that, but I will ask manager. Manager comes back and says no way. Order has not even been started, but she says cannot change order. Being in the service industry, that is unaceptable. Won't be back to that location. Manager, in my opion should be better trained.

Everything about arbys that day was good. Food, service taste, cleanliness. I ordered two gravies since I like it on my fries and a.bit on my sandwiches. What I gor was not gravy but colored water. It was.not thick and had the consistency of cola. I took it back showed the counter help what it looked like and they confirmed it was in fact gravy despite being fluid like pop. I used it by dipping fries in it but in my world gravy is not fluid like pop, it has some consistency beyond that. Won't go back, will try another location. Sad because everything was great but that.
Visited in February 2024: The ingredients were fresh, and the roast beef sandwiches were made to perfection. The curly fries were tasty as well. Will definitely visit again in the future!

Food is awful and ridiculously expensive. Cold and dried out chicken like it was prepared weeks ago. Staff was nice though. The food is probably better eaten out of a dumpster.

I love Arby's. It is my favorite of the fast food burger/ meat sandwich places. 😋 I live in Orleans so this one in Kanata is the closest to me. I try to make a point of stopping for lunch or dinner anytime I'm in this part of town. Or I'll get a sandwich to go.
