We visited the B‑Cafe today between 3:00 and 4:30 pm and ordered tea. We'd like to compliment our server for her excellent service - she greeted us warmly, was genuinely friendly, and demonstrated great professionalism. She also let us know about their new menu launching tomorrow, which we really appreciated, and we'll definitely return to try the new menu.

I usually enjoy visiting this café, but today’s experience wasn’t pleasant. I was given the display / demo sandwich instead of a fresh one, and it was burnt and not edible and I had to throw half of it away. I hope they improve food quality and customer service. Very disappointing for a café located inside a hotel , I expected better quality and customer service.

Great soups, sandwiches, salads. Affordable prices! For example, a soup is $5.25 and a Caesar Salad is $6. A Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich or Vegan Wrap is $7.50. Importantly, the food is tasty! Paninis are incredible!Definitely get food here instead of Perspectives Restaurant at Brookstreet Hotel. It's much more delicious.

While the food selection was good and prices were reasonable, the service at 7AM on Friday, October 29th 2021 was HORRIBLE. The barrista didn't wait for me to finish ordering and kept trying to shove a pay terminal at me. She repeated my tea order incorrectly to the other barrista and couldn't be bothered to give me my food order, rather just leaving it on the counter (while I was waiting further down the counter for the hand off) and didn't even tell me when it was ready. She also just spoke to the other barrista about personal stuff as if I wasn't even there. Very unprofessional. I will not be going back.
I picked up lunch and dinner from here on my way home after checking out. Choices were tasty, fresh and well made....with some innovation.

The B Cafe is one of the best places I've ever been. I'm really sad that it's very far from where I live. I was doing a college project that involved meeting staff from the Brookestreet Hotel. I ended up seeing the B Cafe and the paninis they had. They're not too expensive and the taste is just to die for.
