I visited your store recently and was not happy with a few things. The washroom door was open, and the bad smell spread through the store, making it uncomfortable. The store also looked dirty and not well maintained. On top of that, I bought a juice, but it tasted different from usual, which made me worry about its quality. I hope you can fix these problems soon to make the store better for customers. Please let me know what you can do about it.

Ok so I been coming here everyday for the last month. I always order the same thing. The same thing happened at another establishment; if you are hiring people; that are using ingredient such as ginger, make sure they are educated on it; and how much they should put. My smoothie today tasted like pure ginger my mouth is burning, thank god due to a same recent situation I stopped drinking it, before I got sick. I am so extremely frustrated with these proclaimed smoothie places, and everytime you go he same drink taste different. I was a regular everyday customer and you guys now lost my complete business; educate your workers !!!! Especially when using powerful ingredients my whole smoothie should not be tasting like ginger and burning my throat!!! So disappointing I now once again need to find a new place.

An unhygienic place: I recently visited this Place for the third time, hoping to enjoy their juices and smoothies, but was once again disappointed. Each visit has been marred by an unpleasant, persistent odor coming from the open washroom door. This issue significantly impacts the overall experience, as the smell is not only off-putting but also raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The staff would benefit from training to ensure the washroom door is kept closed and to implement a sign indicating its use. Without these improvements, it’s hard to feel confident about the cleanliness of the establishment, which detracts from the enjoyment of their beverages. It’s a common sense to keep the washroom door closed especially in the food/beverage store to improve hygiene.
Normally this location is awesome but this morning the girl who served my was very rude I ordered and then forgot to tell her I had loyalty card she said “To Late you had to tell me before hand “ i suggested she ask people in advance like the other employees Made my smoothie slammed on counter and turned and walked away Not the customer service I am use to getting here

Very nice spot for Justice and snacks; however, became pricy.The smoothie are a bit sugary but they offer variety of options.Very good during summer!

It’s really disappointing to see the level of quality deteriorating with their sandwiches. This is the second order I’ve had from this location with no vegetables in the flatbread sandwich. I used to be HOOKED to the BBQ panini when I lived in barrhaven. I was a regular but I would not recommend this place, no.
